I was born and raised in Boise, married my high school sweetheart, and together we've raised five boys — plus a daughter-in-law I'd claim as my own. This valley isn't a market I studied. It's where I grew up, where I've built our homes, and where my kids went to school.
I lead with honesty and genuine care for the people I work with. My faith and my family shape how I do business more than any sales training ever has.
Real building experience, not theory
I've personally built three homes with three different builders, and I worked in the KingsWood Estates luxury custom-home community in Eagle. That firsthand experience means I can tell you what a build timeline really looks like, where the upgrade money is worth spending, and how builders differ once the contract is signed.

Where the people skills came from
Before real estate, I was a Local Coordinator for a foreign-exchange student program, working with more than 200 host families and every high school in the area. Placing a teenager with the right family for a year teaches you how to listen, how to ask better questions, and how to hold a lot of moving pieces without dropping any of them.
